The Gotch Bible Workout, invented by the legendary catch-as-catch-can wrestler Karl Gotch, uses a deck of cards to organize a workout session. Each card's suit and rank corresponds to an exercise and number of reps to perform, respectively.
To get started, draw a card above by pressing the "Draw" button, or by clicking on the card face.
You can update your settings and customize your workouts under the "Settings" dropdown. After you finish your workout by pressing "Stop", your workout log will appear below your settings.
